           Special Requests
We make every attempt to have reserve rough gem material    
        to create additional pieces to match your previously   
purchased items. However, occasionally this is not possible,
            due to rarity or uniqueness of the rough.

                  How we best match...
We either receive an accurate image depicting the item and
  it's characteristics, (COLOR and SIZE, etc.) or as in most  
cases we send you an email image of the stones or even a   
                   choice of stones for your approval.
         We Service What We Sell!
   If you bought it from us in most cases we'll service,  
       repair or replace the item at our discretion.
   If the item is not covered by Warranty there will be
                               repair charges.
 If the item is of a sentimental nature we must know in      
                    advance or at time of receipt.

    All shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
                                     Note   
  Due to the nature of the wide range of manufacturing skills we provide and  
                               scheduled show and travel dates,
                     We do not repair jewelry not purchased from us.
