What if I need to return or  
               exchange an item?
      We want you to be happy with any
           jewelry you purchase from us.

                   Website Purchases
   All returned items should returned as received, in a
        new unworn condition, unaltered and with all
   gift packaging materials within 10 DAYS of receipt.

          Altered items, such as sized rings or chains
                             are final sales.

        Credit will be given minus any shipping and
                   handling fees incurred by us.

    All Special Order return items are accepted only at  
         our discretion for in store credit only, minus         
                    shipping and handling charges.

       All return packages must be clearly marked with an
                    Return Authorization Number (RAN#)
